Divine Essentials – Shipping Policy

At Divine Essentials, we are committed to processing and delivering your order efficiently and securely. Please review this Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from Divine Essentials, you agree to the terms outlined below.


ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-demand periods, limited releases, restocks, or promotional events, processing times may extend to 7–10 business days.

Processing time begins once your order is confirmed and payment has been successfully authorized. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Divine Essentials reserves the right to delay or cancel orders if fraud prevention measures require additional verification.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.


SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control.


SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

All shipping fees are non-refundable, including in cases of returns or refused deliveries.


ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate at the time of checkout.

Divine Essentials is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Orders returned due to address errors

  • Delays caused by incorrect customer information

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional reshipping fees.

Orders cannot be modified once placed.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Divine Essentials is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, you must:

  1. Verify the shipping address provided at checkout

  2. Check with neighbors or household members

  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly

  4. File a claim with the carrier if necessary

We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.


SHIPPING DELAYS

Divine Essentials is not liable for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier service disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • Holidays or peak shipping seasons

  • Natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances

Shipping timeframes are estimates and not guarantees.



FRAUD PREVENTION & ORDER CANCELLATION

Divine Essentials reserves the right to:

  • Cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity

  • Request identity verification

  • Refuse service at our discretion

Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
